​Rates for part-time nannies (20 - 30 hours per week)  and full-time nannies (40 + hours per week) vary greatly depending on the nanny’s experience, the position duties, preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role. For nannies with medical backgrounds please inquiry with us. 

 

Full-Time Nanny:

Current rates for professional full-time nannies are generally between $25-$45 per hour. In addition to their wages most full-time nannies receive the following benefits: paid vacation, paid holidays/sick days, and a health insurance stipend.

Part-Time Nanny:

Schedules vary depending on the families needs. Current rates for part-time nannies are between $25-$40 per hour. In addition to their wages part-time nannies may also receive paid vacation and paid holidays/sick days.

Employment Details

Your new nanny will be considered your employee. As such, you will be responsible for paying them directly. The rate and benefits will be determined in agreement with you.

Placement Fee

 

Our placement fee is 18% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation.

A $200 engagement fee is required to begin the search.

 

Many of our clients who start with our night nurse services continue to rely on us when it's time to find the perfect nanny. Our nanny search agency provides the same level of expert care and personalized attention, ensuring a smooth transition as your family's needs evolve.

 

The engagement fee is waived four our clients receiving night nurse services.

Step 2: Find Your Ideal Nanny and Send you their Profiles

After thoroughly reviewing our pool of candidates, we identify those who align with your unique needs and you'll receive their detailed profiles.

Step 3: Seamless Interview Coordination and Hiring Process

We manage the entire interview process for you, ensuring it's smooth and stress-free. At Babies RN, we coordinate and schedule interviews with your preferred candidates. After the interviews, we conduct confidential follow-ups with both you and the candidates to gather comprehensive feedback.

Step 4: Trials

If needed, we can arrange trial days to ensure a perfect fit. Our commitment is to provide a seamless and thorough selection process that meets your family's needs and preferences.
